My family all went down to the Grand Canyon for Spring Break. It was a lot of fun. We went to go and see some sun but I think that it was warmer at home than where we went. It was still a blast. We went and stayed in Page, AZ and then went down to the Grand Canyon. Then we went and stayed in Kanab, UT and then went up to the Bryce Canyon and stayed there. Lots of driving, over 1100 miles! I think that everyone had a good time. I am glad that we went. The break was well needed!
I had to add this picture of Carston. He saw this hat in the gift shop in Bryce and he wouldn't take it off. He plays like he is riding a horse when he wears it. He thinks that it makes him tough. It makes me laugh. He woke up in the morning wanting to know where his hat was and still hasn't taken it off.

I love his Larla hat! That is one of those comments that will be ever remembered, right along with Look- it's rusty banks!
So much fun!! I love going on big road trips and seeing everything. We need to have an impromptu visit to the Evans house again!
